We will return your inquiry within 48 hours (excluding Sundays and holidays).

Who will be cleaning my home or office?

Once on a regularly scheduled cleaning program, we will do our best to send you the same cleaner each visit. However, there are times when your regular cleaner may be sick or on vacation, in which case one of our other employees will complete your service.

How many employees does BIHC have and how long has BIHC been in business?

We currently have five employees and have been in business since 2009.

What products do you use and what makes you "green" or "eco-safe"?

Our main product line is Biokleen; Biokleen products are 100% biodegradable, contain no fumes and no artificial fragrances and are highly concentrated (which means less packaging waste); we also use Ecover and Bon Ami, which are also non-toxic.

What's so great about "green" and "eco-safe" products?

The products that we use within our homes enter into our bodies via the air we breathe, through our skin, and through the water we drink. Here are some facts about what is really going on when we use chemical-based toxic cleaners:

17,000: the number of petrochemicals available for home use, only 30 percent of which have been tested for exposure to human health and the environment.
63: the number of synthetic chemical products found in the average American home, translating to roughly 10 gallons of harmful chemicals.
100: the number of times higher that indoor air pollution levels can be above outdoor air pollution levels, according to US EPA estimates.

275: the number of active ingredients in antimicrobials that the EPA classifies as pesticides because they are designed to kill microbes
5 Billion: the number of pounds of chemicals that the institutional cleaning industry uses each year.

23: the average gallons of chemicals (that's 87 liters) that a janitor uses each year, 25 percent of which are hazardous.

5 million: the number of household product poisonings reported, most of them involving children.
